American  Nutritional Corporation operates a high speed packaging line.  We use a  double head, digitally controlled filler with automatic check weighing  and auto reject stations.  Each machine is highly capable of filling  metal or composite cans, jars, jugs or pails efficiently.  Jars and Jug size range from 53mm to 120mm cap opening.
 

Our can lines include automatic seamer with sheet fed roll-through labeler and automatic plastic lidder.  Can sizes range from 211mm TO 603mm in diameter.
 

Our  bottle lines include an auto capper with the capability of  having heat induction or without.  We have automatic pressure sensitive  vertical labeler for our bottling line.  Bottle sizes range from 33mm to 53mm.
 

Pouching Lines are available for our customers.  We have both  vertical and horizontal form, fill and seal machines.  A new addition is  a horizontal form, fill and seal machine for stand up, gusseted pouches  with zipper closure option.
 

As part of our packaging solutions we offer an Encapsulation process to  our customers.  We have two-piece hard shell encapsulation machines that  run both gelatin and vegetable capsules with automatic capsule  polishing.  Standard sizes are #1, 0 and 00.
 

Our finish product is bar coded upon our customer request, palletized on  40x48 hardwood pallets, shrink-wrapped and made ready for shipments to  national and international destinations.
